Where Your Data Is Stored
All pharmacy data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure — one of the world's most secure cloud platforms, with strict multi-tenant isolation for every pharmacy.
Encryption
POS sales, inventory batches, supplier invoices, and prescription records are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Backups
We run automatic daily backups of all pharmacy and branch data on AWS, ensuring inventory balances and financial ledgers are protected against loss.
Data Ownership
Product catalogs, sales, supplier ledgers, and customer records belong to the pharmacy alone — PharmacyPlus is only a service provider securing it on your behalf.
Data Export
You can export all of your pharmacy data (items, batches, invoices, supplier ledgers) at any time in standard Excel/CSV formats with zero lock-in.
Cashier & Pharmacist Access Control
Granular role-based access control (148 permissions): control who can override discounts, approve returns, view supplier purchase costs and profit margins, or close cash drawers.
